How do I place an order?+
Send an enquiry through the Contact page or call 0437 150 312. Share the occasion, date, guest count and any inspiration. You'll receive a personal quote and design proposal.
How far in advance should I book?+
At least 2–3 weeks for celebration cakes and 6–8 weeks for weddings or large tiered orders. Smaller cakes can sometimes be accommodated on shorter notice — just ask.
Do you take urgent or rush orders?+
Sometimes! When the schedule allows, last-minute and rush orders can be accepted. Get in touch with your date and Chloe will let you know what's possible.
What cake flavours are available?+
Vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, caramel mud, white chocolate mud, vanilla funfetti, carrot, coffee and banana. If you have something else in mind, just ask.
What buttercreams and fillings can I choose?+
Vanilla and chocolate buttercream, cream cheese, salted caramel, chocolate ganache, lemon curd, raspberry jam, strawberry compote and Nutella. Mix and match between layers.
Do you offer fondant decoration?+
Fondant isn't a standard offering — Chloe specialises in buttercream finishes. Fondant orders are only accepted under certain circumstances, so please ask when enquiring.
How is pricing calculated?+
Prices depend on ingredients, size, decoration and number of tiers. You'll receive a personal quote tailored to your design.
Do you deliver?+
Yes — delivery is available for a fee, quoted based on your location. Cakes are carefully boxed and transported to your event.
Can you match a reference photo?+
Absolutely. Send your inspiration and Chloe will recreate the style in her own hand, tailored to your occasion.
